Unfortunately, for now, there's no way for you or us to change your account name. We can change the email address registered, just talk to us by chat or email and we can assist you with that.
You can change account information to reflect on your invoice, by going to Billing Details and clicking on "Update Billing Details"

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Once you cancel, your monthly credits and features will be available until the end of the current subscription. For example: You started your subscription on November 5th and cancel it soon after. Your subscription will be active until December 4th.

There is a page where you can see how many credits you spent per scan and how many you spent over time. Just click here to see the "Content Scanner Credit Usage".
You can view how many credits you have remaining in the top right of the dashboard.
