How to Pause and Unpause Your Originality.ai Subscription

You can pause your Originality.ai subscription by contacting our Customer Support team. When you're ready to return, you can unpause your subscription directly from your account.

How do I pause my subscription?

You can pause your subscription using any of the following methods:

• In-app cancellation option: Follow the cancellation process within your Originality.ai account. During this process, you'll be given the option to pause your subscription instead of canceling.
• In-app support chat: Open the support chat from within your Originality.ai account and let us know you'd like to pause your subscription.
• Email: Send your pause request to support@originality.ai.

Our Customer Support team can assist you if you have any trouble pausing your subscription.

How do I unpause my subscription?

When you're ready to resume your subscription:

1. Log in to your Originality.ai account.
2. Go to Account Settings.
3. Navigate to the Current Plan section.
4. Select the option to unpause your account.

Your subscription will then be resumed.
