How To Cancel Your Monthly Subscription

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Once you cancel, your monthly credits and features will be available until the end of the current subscription. For example: You started your subscription on November 5th and cancel it soon after. Your subscription will be active until December 4th.

You can cancel your subscription here by clicking on the big red "Cancel Subscription" button.


You'll see a short cancel survey after you click the cancel button. This just helps us know how we can improve the product for you (and might have some interesting ideas for you)

Your subscription will be canceled after finishing the survey and clicking the "Confirm and Cancel" button. If you don't see this button, you haven't finished the survey. You can open it up again or contact us at support (the chatbox on the bottom right) and we will cancel for you

You won't be billed again unless it's initiated by you. Be sure to uncheck Credit Topup so you won't be billed if your balance is low
